Making mealtime fun again
Eating is not intuitively easy or fun for all children. Differences in motor skills, sensory processing, and patterns of learned behavior can impact food acceptance, repertoire expansion and successful mealtime routines. Using a creative and play-based approach paired with active food exploration, a new relationship with food and the fun of mealtime can emerge!
Does your child…
· Struggle with mealtime
· Refuse to try new foods
· Get stuck on specific brands/packaging
· Eat the same foods for every meal
· Take only tiny bites of new foods
If so, feeding therapy can help!
